Additional terms for EasyDivorce.ai
15. Who Operates This Site
EasyDivorce.ai is a trade name of Robert B. Ogletree PLLC, a Mississippi law firm. Every inquiry, form, call, and booking made through this site goes directly to Robert B. Ogletree PLLC, and every case is handled by the firm's attorneys. EasyDivorce.ai is not a separate law firm, not a lawyer referral service, and not affiliated with any court or government agency.
16. Fees
Our advertised price is a $999 flat attorney fee, plus court filing fees and case expenses, for an uncontested (irreconcilable differences) divorce in which the other spouse voluntarily signs the joint complaint. Court filing fees and case expenses are passed through at actual cost, with no markup. Cases that require service of process are quoted separately. The services included, and what happens if a case becomes contested, are set out in the engagement agreement. The engagement agreement controls if anything on this site conflicts with it.
17. Chat and Booking
The chat feature and the online booking calendar are for questions about our process, prices, and scheduling. They do not give legal advice. Booking a call does not create an attorney-client relationship.
18. Where We Practice
We handle divorces filed in Mississippi courts. We do not offer legal services under the law of other states through this site.
19. No Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or free of errors or harmful code.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Robert B. Ogletree PLLC and its attorneys and staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost data or lost opportunity, that come from your use of the Site, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its general information. This section applies to the website only. It does not limit any duty the firm owes a client under a signed engagement agreement or under the Mississippi Rules of Professional Conduct.
