Your spouse has to sign. The $999 fee applies only when your spouse will voluntarily sign the Joint Complaint for Divorce (irreconcilable differences) and the related papers. If your spouse has to be formally served, it is not a $999 case. We quote it separately after a consultation.

What we ask for
Your name, contact information, county, and whether your spouse will sign. When we call, we ask for both spouses' full legal names so we can run a conflict check before we talk about your case.
